090603 집행위 회의
참석자: 태욱쌤, 옥희쌤, 정하은, 김태진, 백동훈, 문혜린, 김은정,
신민경, 카라, 송윤지, 피승재(영어 통역 담당, 월. 목. 금. 출근)

-새로 함께 하는 사람들과 인사 나누고 시작.

태욱쌤: 해외하고 소통해야하는 것이 두 가지다. 해외 참가자들하고 소통하는 문제와 해외 학교들과 소통하는
문제가 있는데 박주현 선생님께서 해외 학교와 소통을 할 거고 해외 참가자들과 승재씨가 소통 할 거다.
사무실 생활 문제를 좀 더 명확하게 하도록 하자. (사람들도 많이 모이고 했으니까)
태진: 원래는 오전는 열시 반부터 일 시작이고 점심시간은 열두시 반부터 까지. 오후는 5시 반까지 세시간 반 이였다.
옥희쌤: 그럼 열시까지 와서 일 시작하기 전에 사무실 정리하고 청소하고 알아서 아침 해결한 뒤에 열시 반 에는
업무 시작할 수 있도록 하자.
태욱쌤: 여러분들은 일을 배우러 온 것. 인턴으로써 기본적으로 해야 하는 게 있다. 그런데 그런 기본적인 것도 아프니까 안 나오고 이러는 게 쉽게 되는 게 아니다. 직장 생활을 한다고 생각을 해야 한다. 자신이 맡은 일이 있는 데 그 일이 얼마나 진척 됐는지, 일 보고도 예정 시간까지 돼야하고. 출근 시간 명확하게 지키도록 하자.
옥희쌤: 출근이 늦던가 사정이 있으면 태진한테 연락을 먼저 줘야 한다.
태욱쌤: 식사 당번도 정하자. 시간 안에 준비해서 먹을 수 있도록, 그것도 중요한 배움이 될 것.
옥희쌤: 두 명씩 하면 충분히 이루어 질 것 같다.
태욱쌤: 그럼 태진이가 조를 짜도록 하자. 그리고 무빙스쿨 사람들, 금요일 날에도 나와야 한다.
하은: 뉴스레터 영문 텍스트는 어떻게 된지 모르겠고 2호 텍스트는 인터뷰 정리해서 보내주겠다고 했다.
태진: 뉴스레터 리스트 웹싸이트에 등록하는 것도 어떻게 할 건지 물어봐야 할 것 같다.
태욱쌤: 일단 2호 부터는 찍지 않기로 했고 각 현장 별 대표교사들한테 이메일로 보내기로 했다. 하은이가 성희에게 연락을 해서 영문 텍스트와 2호 진행 사항 빨리 확인해 달라.
옥희쌤: 개척자에 부탁 이메일을 보냈는데 답이 아직 없다. 계속 전화를 드리기가 죄송해서..
태욱쌤: 해외 학교 부분이 빨리 돼야 될 텐데.
옥희쌤: 근데 개척자들을 통해서 특별히 해외 학교와 이어 진다 던지 그러진 않을 거 같다.
윤지: 참가 신청 리스트 계속 관리하고 있고 국내 분 약 25명 정도 신청했다. 그 분들에게 참가비 계좌 관련해서
모두 메일 보냈고, 참가신청서 참가비 계좌 넣어서 수정했다. 입금 확인 페이지도 만들었다.
명함은 편집 의뢰하면 된다. 보내면 1-2시간 내에 샘플을 보내준다고 한다.
태욱쌤: 명함, 승재, 동훈, 카라, 민경 까지 연락처와 영문까지 확인해서 만들고 아이덱 사무실 명함도 하나 만드는 게
좋을 거 같다. (이름 없는 빈명함)
윤지: 영상 컴퓨터, 한 달에 8만원까지 할 수 있다고 한다. 모니터, 키보드, 마우스, 캡처카드까지 포함.
오케이. 8월까지 3개월 정도면 될 거 같고, 그냥 컴퓨터도 가격이 어떻게 되는지 물어봐달라.
하은: 자원봉사자 리스트 관리 계속 하고 있다.
태욱쌤: 일본어 번역 부분은 어떻게 됬는지, 홈페이지상 제목 말고는 번역이 안 되있다.
하은: 번역 계속 하고 있고 번역된 파일을 받아서 대덕오빠한테 넘겼는데 올려주질 않았다.
옥희쌤: 대덕이 일을 약간 나눌 필요가 있을 거 같다. (대덕이의 개인적인 사정도 있고 해서) 일이 진척이 안 되고 있으니까.
태욱쌤: 번역들 빨리 서둘러 달라. 그리고 혹시 그 외에 언어 번역 가능 하신 분이 계시면 그것도 번역해서 올려달라고
부탁 드리자.
민경: 저번에 영상팀 회의를 했는데 좀 더 인원을 늘리도록 하자고 했다. 지금 7명인데 그 인원이 행사날 인터뷰, 스케치를 해야 하기 때문에. 지금 슬비언니가 영상팀 인원을 모으고 있다. (다음주까지)
태진: 스스로넷이나 아예 영상을 함께 가져갈 팀들과 함께 하는 것도 괜찮을 거 같다.
옥희쌤: 그 기간 동안 해야 할 팀들을 모으고 나누는 것을 영상팀에서 할 수 있는지, 집행위에서 해줬으면 하는지 의논을 해 달라. (자원봉사자들 OT도 그렇고)
태욱쌤: 인터뷰팀, 스케치팀, 기록팀으로 지금 영상팀이 나눴는데, 1안은 자원봉사자들을 이용하는 것, 2안은 다른 현장들과 함께하는 것. 이런 부분들을 영상팀에서 아예 맡을 것인지 따로 팀을 꾸려야 되는지, 무튼 영상팀에서 입장을 확실히 해야한다.
태진: 회계부분, 혜린이와 함께 하려고 한다.
태욱쌤: 재정 관리를 태진이가 하면 안 될 거 같다. 재정 문제는 유급 간사를 쓰면 그 분이 하는 게 좋다.
장소 협의를 대학교와 다시 해야 할 것 같다. 행사와 부적절한 장소가 많아서. 대학 장소 정리된 것을 빨리 뽑아서 브리핑을 해줘야한다. 사진도 같이.
좋은 소식 중 하나, 서울-춘천 고속도로가 8월 1일날 열린다는 사실!
식단 문제, 강원대와 생협이 협의했다. 백록관, 천지관, 태백관 이렇게 3개 식당인데 식권을 만들어서 알아서 먹는 거로. 그리고 단가는 3000원 정도로 정하기로 했다.
숙소는 우리가 가봤던 기숙사를 쓰는데, 1박에 만원으로 협의를 했다고 생각했는데, 강원대 얘기로는 옛날 기숙사 얘기고 올해 지어서 올해 개관한 신 기숙사는 한번도 외부에 빌려준 적이 없어서 어떻게 될지는 모르겠지만 두 배 정도 오를 지도 모른다고 말했다. 2차 협상을 다시 해야 한다.
옥희쌤: 참가비를 벌써 다 정했는데.. 우리가 참가비를 넉넉히 잡은 것도 아니고 비싸서 최소한으로 잡은건데. (씁쓸)
그럼 옛날 기숙사는 못 쓰는 건가?
태욱쌤: 옛날 기숙사는 침대가 6백개까지 없고 방학 중에도 기숙사에서 생활하는 학생들이 있어서 힘들 것 같다.
그리고 기숙사 침구류까지 포함해서 만원에 했는데, 침구가 6백개까지는 안 된다고 한다. 그래서 국내 참가자들은
침낭이나, 간단히 깔고, 덥고 잘 수 있는 침구류를 가져오라고 해야 할 것 같다.

How to Make PSP Themes by Yourself Using PSP Theme Creator
Making PSP Themes is very simple, but I noticed many people can’t do that, so I’ll give little tutorial so you can make it by yourself.

There are 2 kinds you can make with PSP Theme Creator

1. PSP Wallpapers

2. PSP Themes

Although the result is with same extension called .ptf,maxi dress but its different things

1. PSP Wallpapers have background but the icon is standard from PSP theme creator

2. PSP Themes have background and all of icon created by yourself

To make the backgrounds and Icons I recommend use Adobe Photoshop and to convert into .ptf format we need PSP Theme Creator, you can have it free, just searching through Google search to find it

Here is the 3 simple step to make PSP Wallpapers:

1. The first thing you need is the background or wallpaper for your PSP,iPhone 4 Dock with photoshop open image which you like, resize image to 480×272 pixels, and then save as in BMP/bitmap format, resize again image to 300×170 pixels, save as BMP format, now you have 2 image with different size, 480×272 pixels for background and 300×170 pixels for preview image

2. Finished with background, we still need 1 icon for preview icon, you can make preview icon from your image, just crop the image with crop tool in photoshop as you like, resize it to 16×16 pixels, and then click tab File > Save for web > change output format in PNG-8 > Save

3. Now after we make wallpaper for background and icon for preview icon, we ready to convert them into PSP Wallpaper, just open PSP theme Creator, click tab information and write some Title, product ID, and Version for your Theme,iPhone 4 sim card adapter then click tab Wallpaper > open 480×272 pixels bitmap image which has been made before, click tab Other > open the PNG icon for preview icon and 300×170 pixels image for preview image, the last step click tab File > Export > Save, Finally all the image and icon have been convert into .ptf extenxion, it means Theme has been made and the files ready to put on your PSP. Congratulations!
